Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at tgwindowfilm.com.my. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

• Our shipping are based on weight of the products.
• Totalgard® does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Totalgard® provide free shipping within Klang Valley area.
• Totalgard® have partnered with GDex Express and TNT Express.
• For self collection, you may collect your orders at our HQ office which is located at 47, Lorong Kuang Bulan, Taman Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan Malaysia.

Tracking Product

• Customers will receive the tracking number via Whatsapp and email.
• Customers may check their tracking number at their account on our website.
• We advise you to check for the tracking number after 24 hours the orders are placed within working days.

Delivery Time Frame

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• 3 to 5 Days within Klang Valley
• 5 to 7 Days Outstations

Please allow additional days for delivery, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipments. We will contact you via email or Whatsapp, if there are any changes to be made.

International Orders

Please contact us at sales@totalgardmanufacturing.com to enquire further before placing any orders outside of Malaysia. Please do take note that the shipping charges or duty charges are paid and bear by the customers based on weight.
